The lobby resembles a chaotic storage room with bags everywhere!!! Soundproofing is poor. staff should express emotions without being rude or dismissive!!! Navigation around public transportation is frustratingly unclear!!!

Had an awesome stay with my group! The family room was spacious, and we loved hanging out by the pool and enjoying the cozy lounge area after a long day. Just wish we had a couple more pillows to snuggle with at night, but no biggie—definitely coming back! 😊
